The country has been in utter shock after news emerged of the death of a young couple that was killed by a speeding train in Kinawataka.
A Mercedes Benz ML car that had this couple and a friend can be seen trying to cross a train junction before it gets hit so badly. It’s said that this couple was coming from having some leisure time.
The occupants of the car were confirmed as Nobert Tezikara, Caroline Aturinda and a one Tezzy. Caroline who was due to graduate on the 29th of July at LDC died on spot while Tezzy and Tezikara died later.
However there is still confusion on how this accident came about. A lot of theories have already sprang up. Some are blaming the Ministry of Works and Transport plus the railway management for continued reckless accidents.
However others blamed the driver of this car since the train makes a hooting sound when its still a bit far. Some actually think that the driver did it intentionally or was under the influence of alcohol.
The Law Development Center also took to their Twitter page to confirm this untimely demise of their student.
