Birthday wishes flood social media as President Museveni turns 78 years

Birthday wishes are starting to pour in for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa as he turns 78 years old.

Museveni who was born in 1944 celebrates his birthday every 15th of September and this is the same case this time round.

The Ugandan president seems a man who is loved and hated in equal measure or probably the love exceeds the hate a little bit and vice versa.

Among the people who have come out to wish the fountain of honor is the Speaker of Parliament, Hon Anita Among .

In her tweet, she referred to the NRM chairman as the father of the region.

This is the same way Museveni was introduced by Kenya’s 5th president William Ruto during his inauguration ceremony earlier this week

Among further added how she wishes God to add Museveni more years to continue ruling Uganda.

There have also been other people and entities wishing the president a great womb escape day.

Museveni has ruled Uganda for 36 years after having assumed power in 1986.

He will have ruled Uganda for 40 years by the end of this current 5 year term in 2026.

His time however at the helm of Ugandan politics has had mixed reactions from the masses globally and domestically.

Some feel that he has widely achieved, others think that he’s underachieved, massively failed among other sentiments towards his rule.

We however want to wish the birthday boy a great day and hopefully he has a blast.
