American actor Terrence Howard has left Ugandans confused and buzzing after revealing what he has in plan for the East African country. Howard who is currently in Uganda with his wife Miranda Park on a tour visited President Museveni yesterday at State House Entebbe.
It was here that he revealed his plans of creating a hydrogen technology. Terrence revealed that as a student of chemical engineering, he has the ability to achieve his dreams.
He further said that with this new technology that he discovered, he wants to use it to replace helicopters and drones as it does not pollute the environment.
The Empire State actor also revealed that they already have the necessary funding and resources needed. All they need is a fertile ground to kickstart their campaigns.

However, Terrence’s use of technical language was too hard for most Ugandans to comprehend. Majority of these resorted to ridiculing his plans.
This is not the first celebrities that have come to Uganda with highly inconceivable plans. Rapper Kanye West wanted to turn Uganda into Jurassic Park whereas Akon promised to build a city that would use his own cryptocurrency, Akoin.
