Cecilia Ogwal launches scathing attack into NUP

Veteran politician Cecilia Ogwal has decided to launch a scathing attack into Kamwokya based political party NUP labeling it a Buganda based party. She said this as she appeared on the NBS Morning Breeze.

According to Cecilia Ogwal, the party has decided to centre in Buganda and address interests of the Baganda primarily.

She also said that the Baganda decided to elect anyone that has their interests at heart. They don’t care who that person is, what they care about is that they elected the umbrella which is NUP.

However, she applauded NUP as it helped in adding numbers to the Opposition in Parliament .

Cecilia also said that if she had that the top leadership of NUP has been bought off, she wouldn’t be surprised as the same nearly happened to her.
