Joyce Bagala Resigns from her role at NBS TV, replaced by Dalton Kawesa

Joyce Bagala the Chief News Editor at Next Media Services has resigned from her job as the Chief News Editor at NBS Television and has been replaced by Dalton Kawesa, Let Out news has learnt.

Bagala who has also been a news anchor tendered her resignation in preparation for active politics where she will be vying for Mityana’s Woman Member of Parliament position on the NUP flag in the upcoming general elections.

Let Out news also understands that the former Kaboozi Radio news anchor will be running against NRM’s Judith Nabakooba.

Bagala’s position at Next Media Services was ably filled by former Red Pepper Editor and news producer and Editor at Next Media Dalton Kawesa.

Her resignation was announced to the staff of NBS TV during their meeting at their new premises in Naguru.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy CEO, Joseph Kigozi, Operations officer Ramathan Mbago and People officer, Paul Lwanga.
