Violence will only let down our Tourism industry

Musician Edirisa Musuuza known for his stage name has advised Ugandans to desist from causing violence in the country lest our Tourism industry suffers the impact.

Eddy Kenzo who was recently appointed the Uganda Tourism Ambassador lashed out at politicians who have been using moments while campaigning to disrupt peace in some parts of the country.

While on a visit to Western Uganda over the weekend, the singer raised concerns about the chaos in the country and pointed out Bobi Wine’s brother Fred Nyanzi who has been seen blocking roads during his campaigns.

Kenzo advised all the politicians to take caution and avoid chaos and violence because he believes such practices will not only disrupt peace in the country but will also prevent tourists from coming into the country.

The Tourism industry is among the sectors badly hit by the coronavirus pandemic which saw the most parts of the world locked down as a measure to fight the disease.
