Four Juveniles Killed in Ggaba School Attack, Suspect Arrested

Police in Kampala have confirmed a tragic incident in which four juveniles were killed following a violent attack at a school in Ggaba.

The incident occurred at Ggaba Early Childhood Development Program School, located in Makindye Division, where a male suspect reportedly attacked and fatally injured four children.

According to Racheal Kawala, the Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, the suspect has since been apprehended and is currently in police custody.

“We confirm a tragic incident where a male suspect brutally attacked and killed four juveniles. The suspect has been arrested, and investigations are ongoing to establish the motive behind this heinous act,” she said in a brief statement.

Authorities have cordoned off the scene as forensic teams begin detailed investigations. Police have not yet released the identities of the victims, pending notification of their families.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, with parents and residents expressing deep concern over the safety of children, particularly in school environments.

Security agencies have assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway and that more information will be provided as it becomes available.
