Fortebet donates 15M to Hospital construction

Fortebet last Saturday donated 15 million Uganda shillings to the construction of a hospital in Hoima district.
This money was handed over at the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of this hospital which will be named, St Mary’s Specialized Children and Women’s Hospital.

The event took place at Bujumbura, where Fortebet chief executive manager, Bernard Rwakihembo together with the media manager, John Nanyumba handed over the cash.

“We are happy to be part of the history in the making. This hospital is going to save so many Ugandans from traveling abroad for treatment because it is going to be highly specialized. We believe in working with and in a healthy community and that is why we are here today to give this 15 million donation, and this is just for the start,” said Rwakihembo.

The occasion was graced by the prime minister of Uganda, Robinah Nabbanja, who represented the president of Uganda and many other dignitaries.
