Agasirwe Spills Secrets: High-Ranking Officials, Lawyers & Tycoons Face Arrest Over Murder Web

It appears that a challenging period is ahead for numerous high-ranking officials following the conviction of former Police SSP Nixon Agasirwe this week for the murder of state prosecutor Joan Kagezi, as he has promised to disclose all individuals involved in the mysterious killings of prominent officials in the country, including Andrew Felix Kaweesi and Muhammad Kirumira, among others.

Reports indicate that security chiefs from the Defense Intelligence, including the CID and Crime Intelligence, who had been tasked by President Museveni to solve these crimes, are currently gathering evidence that could lead to the arrest of various figures such as Abdallah Kitata, the infamous leader of Boda Boda 2010, along with some city lawyers, businessmen, and political figures connected to these heinous assassinations.

The formerly feared Agasirwe is said to be cooperating with detectives led by Tom Magambo. Allegedly, the convicted suspect has stated that everyone complicit in these murders will face the consequences. Thus, more arrests are anticipated in the near future.

Reports claim that Agasirwe is determined not to face the repercussions alone. It should be noted that one of the perpetrators involved in this web of crimes, Kazahura, turned on Agasirwe. Kazahura revealed that he was hired by Kitata, Agasirwe, and other senior police officers to eliminate an Eritrean national identified as Daniel Weldu. Further details indicate that while under duress, Weldu was compelled to transfer 8 billion shillings from his bank account to Agasirwe while at the disgraced police chief’s office in Kololo. Additionally, his luxury vehicles were looted in the presence of well-known city lawyers and bank officials. All of these matters are currently being investigated by security operatives.

In the meantime, it is alleged that shortly after Kagezi’s violent murder, Kitata was spotted driving one of her cars, a Land Cruiser, in Kampala for approximately two months. However, it subsequently disappeared without a trace, and security agencies are keen to determine how Kitata obtained this vehicle and its current whereabouts.

Moreover, detectives at the CID hope that Agasirwe will provide additional information regarding other horrific murders, including those of Col. Moses Abiriga, Felix Kaweesi, Muhammad Kirumira, and other figures whose deaths remain shrouded in mystery.

Recently, the security detail provided to Kitata by President Museveni was revoked. The only individual in this circle who still enjoys security protection is Christine Muhooza, the rumored mistress of the late Kaweesi, who is believed to have valuable information regarding the unsavory secrets committed during that time. Currently, she is under house arrest.
