Tamale Mirundi, the former presidential press secretary, passed suddenly in Kampala on Tuesday night. A variety of people are still in mourning and paying tribute to him.
Among them is Frank Gashumba, a fellow media pundit who disclosed that Tamale Mirundi passed away feeling let down by the government.
“He died dissatisfied with the government, finding happiness only in the fact that he educated his children without relying on the government’s money,” Gashumba said in part.
According to Gashumba, Mirundi found delight only in teaching his kids; he found no joy in anything else.
