Centenary Bank has launched Gonza Pay, a new digital wallet platform aimed at expanding financial inclusion and accelerating the adoption of cashless transactions across Uganda.
The platform, unveiled in Kampala on Tuesday, is expected to provide individuals, businesses, and communities with a convenient and secure way to send, receive, and store money using their mobile phones.
The launch marks another milestone in the bank’s ongoing digital transformation agenda as it seeks to strengthen access to financial services for both banked and unbanked Ugandans.
