NUP leader Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu has decided to spit fire once again targeting his fierce political opponent President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Taking to his Twitter page, the 2021 presidential candidate posted a number of pictures.
These pictures are of President Museveni and socialite Charles Olim aka Sipapa.
Bobi Wine then added that the pair are similar because they are all thieves.
According to Bobi Wine, one steals people’s properties and money whereas the other steals the Healthcare, Education, future and livelihood of Ugandans.
Sipapa was this week indicted in a robbery case of about Shs1.6 billion. This was stolen from a South Sudanese national, Jacob Arok.
There were also other valuables such as 4 Iphones among others. It was an Icloud signal from one of the stolen phones that led Police to Sipapa’s home in Kityo close, Buwate.
Sipapa was arrested the following day although he claims not to know how these items ended up in his home..
Sipapa has for a long time been indicted in criminal charges and several other controversies.
He’s however never punished. Even when he’s arrested, he’s released as soon as possible probably due to his close ties to the ruling regime.
