The presidential press secretary Lindah Nabusayi has come out to reveal the dates president Museveni will deliver the much anticipated nation wide address.
Ms Nabusayi revealed that all is set for President Museveni to address the nation on 31st Friday December 2021.
This speech will be broadcast live on all radios and programs.
A lot of issues are expected by the people to be addressed in the President’s address.
These will basically center around the full reopening of the economy which the President said would occur in January 2022.
Museveni said that irrespective of the circumstances, the economy will have to be fully reopened.
There is however some speculation of a 21 lockdown which is said to have been advised by the health experts to Gen Museveni.
This is due to the spike of COVID 19 cases in the past month where its been reported that over 1000 cases are recorded daily.
Its however speculation and its waited to see what the President will talk about.
