Secirity beefed up at Bobi Wine’s home to prevent him from Kayunga rallies

Security has been beefed up in the home of former presidential candidate and NUP leader Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine’s home in Magere.

This is prior to his intended visit to Kayunga district to campaign for the party flag bearer Nakweede Harriet Kafeero in the LC V district chairperson bi election.

Kyagulanyi took to his Twitter page to reveal the news saying that security was deployed overnight to prevent him from leaving.

The military and police have blocked all motorists from accessing the Freedom drive leading to Kyagulanyi’s home and its only pedestrians that can access it.

He added that security has been beefed up as no one is allowed to leave or enter.

Kyagulanyi says that his gardener and security guard have been violently arrested and their mobile phones confiscated.

Kyagulanyi was/is expected in Kayunga today where President Muse will also be today campaigning for Andrew Muwonge the NRM flag bearer in the election.

The situation is already tense and chaos is expected to follow as the election day nears down.
