Mukono North MP Hon Abdallah Kiwanuka popularly known as Mulima Mayuni has come out to claim that there could be a possibility that security agencies in the country are behind the recent terrors attacks.
The MP says that the desire for a budget increment could be the main motive by the security organs.
Through his official Facebook page, Mulima Mayuni says that the recent terror attacks including the bomb explosions and ‘bijambiyas’ could have a financial motive behind.
This is by security agencies creating a reign of terror in order to reap huge chunks of money from Parliament in form of supplementary budgets.
“It’s is possible that Ug. Police and other security agencies are behind the terror attacks to claim a huge budget,” The MP wrote.
Indeed these bomb blasts have created fear and panic within the population with many people now afraid of going to the city centre while others try much to be calculative when going there to avoid becoming victims of circumstance.
