Tamale Mirundi Sheds Tears On TV, Regrets Working For Museveni

Former Presidential Press Secretary, Mr Tamale Mirundi while appearing on a political talk show this week shed tears as he regretted his decision to ever work for President Museveni’s regime.

Mirundi said that his mother Mrs Morley Mirundi is critically ill after sustaining injuries in 2009 during the Kabaka protests.

The controversial political analyst said that he even fears to go and check on her because she always reminds him that it’s because of his affiliation with the Museveni government that she’s sick.

She suffers from pain in one of her legs that keeps increasing with each day that goes by.

“I have spent a week now without going to check on her. Whenever she reminds me that if I had not gone to work for Museveni, she wouldn’t be suffering, it hurts me so much,” Tamale Mirundi said.

Mirundi who was tearful further said that what hurts him the most is that after all that happened to him serving Museveni, a group of young politicians he refers to as mafias orchestrated his exit from State House.

He bitterly said that it was Frank Tumwebaze, Afande Edith Nakalema, Nalweyiso Andrew Mwenda that saw him packing out of Nakaseero.

Mirundi also said that he will never work for Museveni’s government again but he promised to harm all the above mentioned personally so that they pay for soiling his name.
