I have a feeling President Museveni knows the people killing Ugandans -Betty

Mukono Municipality Mp Betty Nambooze has come out to say that she suspects President Museveni knows the people that have been killing Ugandans in the recent past.

Nambooze said that her suspicions are based on the fact that Museveni refers to these murderers as pigs which he must know irritates the killers.

“I have a feeling that President Museveni knows the people killing Ugandans. That is why he calls them pigs because he knows it annoys them,” Betty Nambooze said.

She further said that Ugandans don’t know the security status of their country apart from Museveni who monopolizes everything.

“No one knows anything about security and the army except Museveni. Even the ministers are not aware.

When we got issues with Rwanda, Museveni said leave these issues to me,” Hon Nambooze added.

Nambooze made the comments during the NBS barometer show where fellow panelist Ssemujju Nganda addressed the influx of refugees from DRC that is currently undergoing.

The Kiira Municipality mp said that is business for the government because they get money from the UN.

“The refugees are looked after by the UN. Uganda is paid for letting them be here. Even in Somalia, it is business.

Our leaders paint a picture that they are humanitarian but in reality, they are in business,” Ssemujju Nganda said.

However minister Kabuye said that the influx shows how peaceful Uganda is.

He added that Ugadans suffered a lot before NRM captured power and therefore everything should be done to maintain this power.
